# Tempo x Ithaca

**_The Tempo team is excited to join forces with the Ithaca team. Together, we will [develop](https://www.paradigm.xyz/2025/10/ithaca-x-tempo) the infrastructure Tempo needs to scale and meet real-world demand._**

The Ithaca team has created several major crypto projects, from [Foundry](https://www.paradigm.xyz/2021/12/introducing-the-foundry-ethereum-development-toolbox) to [Reth](https://www.paradigm.xyz/2024/06/reth-prod) to [Alloy](https://www.paradigm.xyz/2025/05/introducing-alloy-v1-0) to [Solar](https://www.paradigm.xyz/2024/11/solar) and then [Porto](https://ithaca.xyz/updates/porto-production-ready); these projects will continue to be actively developed and improved as neutral open source building blocks.

We are actively hiring world class talent across multiple roles – see our open listings [here](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/tempo-xyz).
